摘　　要：中医对围绝经期综合征(perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)的认识历史悠久,近年来对其研究也取得了很大的进展。古今医家对于本病的认识不尽相同,但多责之于肝肾。查阅近年来中医药从肝肾立论,治疗PMS的理论文献和临床研究文献,从病因病机、中医药治疗方面对其最新研究进展进行综述,为进一步研究该理论奠定基础。For the understanding of perimenopausal syndrome,most doctors in the past dynasties believed that it was closely related to the liver and kidney.This article reviewed and analyzed the relationship between liver and kidney and perimenopausal syndrome,and summarized the latest progress of its pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment.It laid a foundation for further study of the theory.
