摘　　要：肾间质纤维化是慢性肾脏病进程中最重要的病理基础,探究肾间质纤维化的形成机制是了解慢性肾脏病发展过程的重要途径。单味药的有效成分大多数具有在抗炎症、抗氧化、调节免疫的过程中介导信号传导并调控下游因子的能力,研究表明多种抗纤维化的药物通过以上机制发挥作用。复方制剂可通过抑制炎症因子的表达达到抗肾间质纤维化的目的。中医药能延缓纤维化的程度,改善患者生活质量及疾病的预后,减轻肾脏的病理损害。中医药在抗肾脏纤维化方面将通过多个途径发挥其独特的优势。Renal interstitial fibrosis is the most important pathological basis in the process of chronic kidney disease.Exploring the formation mechanism of renal interstitial fibrosis is an important way to understand the development of chronic kidney disease.Most of the active ingredients of single drugs have the ability to mediate signal transmission and regulate downstream factors in the process of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and immune regulation.Studies have shown that many anti-fibrotic drugs work through the abovemechanisms.The compound preparation can achieve the goal of anti renal interstitial fibrosis by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors.Traditional Chinese medicine can delay the degree of fibrosis,improve the quality of life of patients and the prognosis of the disease,reduce the pathological damage of the kidney.Traditional Chinese medicine will play its unique advantages in anti renal fibrosis through many ways.
