摘  要:设计了一种单火线调光器,用于串联接入负载灯,包括单火线供电端、调光控制电路、整流滤波电路、交流转直流电路、直流转直流电路、负载灯、旁路负载电路、过零检测电路和微控制器。调光控制电路与单火线供电端连接,对负载进行开关和调光控制;过零检测电路为调光控制电路提供市电过零点数据,调光控制电路根据过零点数据输出准确的脉宽调制(PWM)控制信号,达到柔和的灯光控制效果。微控制器依据过零检测电路检测到的电压值调整PWM的占空比,使调光器的输入电压与负载灯的电压匹配。最大限度提高了负载灯的最大亮度而又不会造成负载灯的闪烁,并且不会影响开灯的响应速度。旁路负载电路解决了当负载灯调至低亮度时,因维持电流不够,出现频闪现象的问题,提高了调光器的负载兼容性,给用户以更好的体验。A single live wire dimmer is designed to be used in series with the load lamp, including single live wire power supply end, dimming control circuit, rectifier filter circuit, AC to DC circuit, DC to DC circuit, load lamp, bypass load circuit, zero-crossing detection circuit and micro-controller. The dimming control circuit is connected with the power supply end of the single live wire to switch and dimming. The zero-crossing detection circuit provides the power zero-crossing data for the dimming control circuit, so as to output accurate pulse width modulation(PWM) signal according to the zero-crossing data, to achieve the soft lighting control effect. The micro-controller is used to adjust the duty cycle of PWM according to the voltage detected by the zero-crossing detection circuit, so that the input voltage of the dimmer matches the voltage of load lamp. It maximizes the maximum brightness of the load lamp without causing the load lamp flicker and without affecting the response speed of the light onload. The bypass load circuit solves the problem of stroboscopic phenomenon due to insufficient maintenance current when the load lamp is turned to low brightness, which improves the load compatibility of the dimmer and gives the user a better experience.
