摘　　要：2018年3月,对1998年制作的保存在国家家畜基因库的24枚湖羊冷冻胚胎解冻,其中19枚达C级以上,22枚胚胎优次搭配,分别植入9只湖羊母体,最终6只受孕,产仔9只成活8只,平均初生重3.85 kg;2019年6月对3公4母共7只胚胎羊根据不同家系交叉配种原则进行配种,4只母羊均成功怀孕,产仔9只成活8只,平均初生重2.35 kg,繁殖性能正常,体型外貌鉴定多数符合纯种湖羊特征。研究结果表明冷冻20年的湖羊胚胎移植复苏、繁殖成功,是畜禽遗传资源保护技术方法的重要突破。In March 2018, 24 frozen embryos of Hu sheep, which were preserved in the National Livestock Gene Bank in 1998, were thawed. 19 of the embryos were above grade three, 22 of which were best matched. They were implanted into nine adult female Hu sheep, respectively. Finally, six recipients were pregnant and gave birth to nine lambs, eight of which survived with an average weight of 3.85 kg. In June 2019, seven embryos of three males and four females of the grown sheep were mated according to the principle of cross breeding with genealogical difference. All of female sheep were pregnant and gave birth to nine lambs successfully, and eight of the lambs survived with an average initial weight of 2.35 kg, normal reproductive performance, and the majority of the body shape being in accordance with the characteristics of pure He sheep. The successful resuscitation and transplantation of 20-year frozen embryos of Hu sheep is an important breakthrough in the protection of livestock genetic resources.
