浅述生物安全体系建设对规模猪场的影响——以良圻原种猪场为例

摘　　要：良圻原种猪场的生物安全是从猪场的选址、设计和建设开始,制定并严格执行猪流、车流、人流和物流等的日常管理,做好鸟类、鼠类、节肢类和其他动物的控制,制定并不断优化免疫程序。该猪场在国内较早开展常见猪病的控制与净化工作,2005年完成猪伪狂犬病的净化,2007年完成猪瘟的净化,2009年在国内建成首家空气过滤公猪站,连续11年保持猪繁殖与呼吸综合征阴性。根据非洲猪瘟传播特点和防控需求,2019年投入2 000多万元用于建设猪场连廊、中转料塔、车辆消毒站等硬件设施,购置中转车18部;投入1 400多万元,购买消毒药、检测设备和试剂;整合公司所有资源,加强现场和视频监控,重点监督车辆消毒和出入,人员进出洗澡、物资进出消毒和检测,出猪台监控等,确保生物安全的关键措施执行到位。2019年良圻原种猪场成功防控非洲猪瘟,2019和2020年这2年的利润均创历史新高,说明生物安全的升级改造是非常值得投资的。The biosecurity of the Liangqi Farm has started with the site selection, design and construction of the pig farm. Daily management is designed and strictly implanted of pig flow, truck flow, worker flow and material flow. Persistent control is performed of the invasion of birds, rodents, arthropods and other animals, and a vaccination protocol is made and continuously optimized. The Liangqi Farm started programs for controlling and eliminating common diseases earlier than other farms in the country. They eliminated swine pseudorabies in 2005 and Classic Swine Fever in 2007, established the first air-filtrated boar station in China in 2009, and have kept boars free of PRRS for 11 years. According to the characteristics of the spread of African swine fever and the needs for prevention, they have invested more than 20 million yuan in the construction of pig farm corridors, feed transfer towers, vehicle disinfection stations and other facilities, have bought 18 vehicles for pig transfer, and have invest 14 million yuan in purchasing disinfection, lab equipment and reagents. They have integrated all the company resources, strengthened on-site and video surveillance, focused on monitoring vehicle disinfection before entry into the farm, personal cleaning(bathing) and material disinfection before entry into and exit from the farm, and ensuring biosecurity implementation in place. Therefore, in 2019, the Liangqi Farm successfully prevented and controlled African swine fever, resulting in its profits in both 2019 and 2020 reaching record highs. It is evident that the upgrading of biosecurity is a very worthy investment for pig breeding farms.
