摘 要:大负载激光设备是下一代飞机的重要机载设备,下一代飞机对其应用需求十分强烈。目前大负载激光设备的热管理问题十分突出,这个问题严重限制了大负载激光设备在飞行器上的应用,针对大负载激光设备热管理问题进行了研究,提出了一套基于高热冲击背景下的环境控制系统设计方案,建立了热管理系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,设计系统在70℃温度上限工作2 000 s条件下,能够在启动大负载设备后正常运行,对未来解决大负载激光设备热管理问题给出了解决方案。The large load laser equipment is an important airborne equipment of next generation aircraft,Which has a strong demand for its application.At present,the thermal management problem of large load laser equipment is very prominent,which seriously limited the application of the equipment on aircraft.In this paper,the thermal management problem of large load laser equipment is considered.A design scheme of environmental control system based on high thermal shock is proposed,and the simulation model of thermal management system is established According to the simulation results,it is concluded that the designed system can operate normally after starting the large load laser equipment under the upper limit of 70℃for 2000 s,and a solution is given to solve the thermal management problem of the large load laser equipment in the future.
