摘  要:维修性需求分析作为维修性设计的首要步骤,在大多数情况下决定了装备维修性设计的成败和维修性水平的高低。基于维修场景模型进行维修性需求捕获,进而采用定量模型、虚拟维修模型进行设计、分析和验证,是装备基于模型的系统工程研制过程中重要的维修性设计手段。维修场景模型通过对装备全寿命周期不同修理级别、不同产品层次维修事件物理关系的抽象描述,在设计过程中实现维修场景的显性表达,更加完整、精确地捕获维修性需求,并确保维修设计要求的有效传递,进而为装备维修性设计与分析工作提供支撑。As the first step of maintainability design, maintainability requirement analysis determines the success or failure of maintainability design and the level of maintainability in most cases.It is an important method of maintainability design in the process of equipment model-based system engineering development to capture maintainability requirements based on maintenance scenario model, and then use quantitative model and virtual maintenance model to design, analyze and verify.Through the abstract description of the physical relationship of maintenance events at different repair levels and product levels in the full life cycle of equipment, the maintenance scenario model can realize the explicit expression of maintenance scenario in the design process, capture the maintainability requirements more completely and accurately, ensure the effective transmission of maintainability design requirements, and provide support for equipment maintainability design and analysis.
