摘　　要：目的:为药品检验机构实验室安全手册编写及贯彻执行提供建设性意见。方法:突出强调编写实验室安全手册的目的与意义,阐述编写的基本原则,详细分析手册的框架和内容,并提出助推手册执行的措施与建议。结果与结论:秉持"以人为本"的宗旨,建立适合本单位实际情况的实验室安全手册,从使用者的角度提出做好自身防护的措施,明确安全操作规范,并不断推动其执行和完善,能够促使工作人员知法、懂规,谨慎安全规范操作,从而降低实验室安全风险。Objective: To provide constructive suggestions for the compilation and implementation of laboratory safety manual of drug inspection institutions. Methods: The purpose and significance of compiling the laboratory safety manual were emphasized, the basic principles of compiling the manual were expounded, the framework and content of the manual were analyzed in detail, and the measures and suggestions to promote the implementation of the manual were put forward. Results and Conclusion: Adhering to the purpose of "people-oriented", we should establish a laboratory safety manual suitable for the actual situation of our unit, put forward self-protection measures from the perspective of users, clarify the safety operation specifications, and constantly promote their implementation and improvement, so as to urge the staff to learn the law, understand the regulations, and operate in a prudent and safe manner, so as to reduce the laboratory safety risk.
