摘  要:目的研究北苍术挥发油及其燃烧烟雾无水乙醇吸收液的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取北苍术挥发油、另对其燃烧产生的烟雾用无水乙醇进行吸收,用GC-MS进行分析鉴定,面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果从北苍术挥发油中检出68个化合物,主要含有β-桉叶油醇(27.82%)、茅术醇(19.5%)、2,3-二氢-3-羰基-1H-非那烯(9.58%)、α-水芹烯(4.78%)等。北苍术燃烧烟雾无水乙醇吸收液中共检出53个化合物,主要为β-桉叶油醇(15.69%)、3,5-二甲基吡唑(12.19%)、茅术醇(8.1%)、2,3-二氢-3-羰基-1H-非那烯(4.35%)等。二者共有成分25种,主要为萜醇类、萜烯类及倍半萜氧化物,共有化合物分别占供试样品总量的89.03%和46.17%。烟雾吸收液GC-MS总离子流图保留时间3.0~7.0 min与挥发油成分存在明显差异。结论该研究为北苍术的进一步开发利用提供了参考依据。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the anhydrous ethanol absorption solution of essential oil and smog from Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,anhydrous ethanol was used to absorb the smog,the chemical constitutes in both samples were analyzed and compared by GC-MS,and the components were quantitatively calculated with normalization.RESULTS Sixty-eight compounds were detected from the volatile oil of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz,mainly includingβ-eudesmol(27.82%),hinesol(19.5%),2,3-dihydro-1-oxo-1H-phenalene(9.58%),andα-phellandrene(4.78%).Meanwhile,53 compounds were detected in the anhydrous ethanol absorption solution of burning smoke in Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz,which mainly containedβ-eudesmol(15.69%),3,5-dimethylpyrazole(12.19%),hinesol(8.1%),and 2,3-dihydro-1-oxo-1H-phenalene(4.35%),and 25 common components were identified which belong to terpene alcohols,terpenes and sesquiterpene oxides.The total common compounds accounted for 89.03%and 46.17%of the total samples,respectively.The constituents of the smog absorption liquid in the GC-MS TIC retention time of 3.0-7.0 min were significantly different from those of the volatile oil.CONCLUSION This study provides reference for the further development and utilization of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.
