摘　　要：海绵剂是一种吸收能力强、重量轻、密度低,可用于辅助止血、治疗创伤,并可负载药物以提高治疗效果的网状固体制剂。由于固体海绵具有疏松的多孔结构、较强的液体吸收能力及良好的气体透过性,当前正以独特的优势广泛应用于创伤止血。由白及多糖、壳聚糖等具有生物活性的天然高分子材料制备的固体海绵,其自身也可发挥促愈合、抗菌等药效功能。更为重要的是,固体海绵作为药物递送载体发挥药物传递功能逐渐被学界重视。总体而言,固体海绵在止血、外伤修复;组织工程、药物传递,及其自身药理活性等方面表现出良好的开发潜能。然而,目前关于此类型制剂的研究综述尚未见系统报道。因此,笔者从固体海绵基质材料入手,围绕止血及其他功能开发、现有评价指标及性能影响因素等方面做一论述,以期对固体海绵剂的发展提供一定参考。Sponge,a kind of reticular porous solid agent with the characteristics of strong absorption capacity,light weight and low density,can be used to assist hemostasis,treat trauma,and improve the therapeutic effect with loading drugs.Due to its loose porous structure,strong liquid absorption capacity and good gas permeability,solid sponge is widely applied to wound hemostasis with unique advantages.The solid sponge,which is made of bioactive natural polymer materials such as Bletilla striata polysaccharide and chitosan,can also promote healing and exert antibacterial effects.More importantly,as a drug delivery carrier,solid sponge has been paid more attention.In sum,solid sponge has great potential in hemostasis,wound repair,tissue engineering,drug delivery,as well as its own pharmacological activities.However,the systematic research on solid sponge has not been reported.Therefore,this paper will start from the matrix materials of solid sponge,focusing on its hemostatic and other functional development,the existing evaluation index and performance influencing factors of solid sponge,so as to provide a certain reference for the development of solid sponge.
