摘  要:苏通GIL综合管廊工程中应用了力平衡伸缩节、铰链型伸缩节及复式拉杆伸缩节,用以补偿各个方向的热伸缩及沉降位移。作为输电设备的关键部件,伸缩节影响设备的安全、可靠运行。文中介绍了复式拉杆伸缩节的结构设计,法兰、拉杆、中间管的校核计算,制造关键点控制以及疲劳寿命试验,尤其对疲劳寿命试验中的分阶段试验做了较详细的说明。复式拉杆伸缩节在管廊中的应用,可为类似工程提供参考。Force balanced expansion joints,hinged expansion joints and universal tied expansion joints were used to compensate the thermal expansion and settlement displacement in all directions in the Sutong GIL utility tunnel project.As a key part of transmission equipment,expansion joint affected the safety and reliablity of the equipment.This paper introduced the structural design of the universal tied expansion joint,the checking calculation of the flanges,tie rods and middle pressure pipes,the control of the manufacturing key points and the fatigue life test.Especially the stage test in the fatigue life test was explained in detail.The application of universal tied expansion joint in the tunnel can be used as a reference for similar projects.
