摘  要:以Co(NO3)2为原料,CO(NH2)2为沉淀剂,H2O2为氧化剂,通过水热-煅烧制备Co_(3)O_(4)和Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO纳米颗粒。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所制备出的Co_(3)O_(4)呈现多片层组成的不规则颗粒结构,Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO的形貌为片层堆叠的球状结构。在紫外光照条件下降解甲基橙溶液研究了Co_(3)O_(4)与Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO复合材料的光催化性,发现Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO复合材料比Co_(3)O_(4)颗粒具有更好的光催化性能活性,其对甲基橙的降解率在72 h可达99%。Nano-Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO composites Co_(3)O_(4)and Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO nanoparticles are prepared by hydrothermal-calcining method with Co(NO3)2 as raw material,CO(NH2)2 as precipitator and H2O2 as oxidant.Structures and morphologies of the samples are characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results show that the prepared Co_(3)O_(4)are irregular particles which are composed of lots of lamellas,while the morphologies of Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO are lamellar stacked spheres.The photocatalytic activity of Co_(3)O_(4)and Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO composites are studied by the degradation of methyl orange solution under ultraviolet light.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO composites is better than that of pure Co_(3)O_(4)particles,and the degradation rate of methyl orange by Co_(3)O_(4)/ZnO composites can reach 99%in 72 hours.
