摘 要:数字化经济的发展改变了传统的交易模式,以电子数据形式存在的交易方式极大地缩减了交易成本,提高了资源的配置率。但企业为追求利润的最大化,使用误导性参考定价和水滴定价的方式影响消费者的购买决策,提供过多和冗余的信息量混淆消费者对商品信息的认知,利用算法平台收集消费者的消费数据诱导其消费但对消费者的数据安全保护不加重视,在一定程度上损害消费者的合法权益。针对以上情形,文章将从合法的商品定价与合理的产品宣传,以及对产品信息的适当披露和.对消费者数据信息安全的保护等角度出发,探讨完善电子数据交易中的消费者权益保护工具。The development of digital economy has changed the traditional trading mode.The transaction mode in the form of electronic data greatly reduces the transaction cost and improves the allocation rate of resources.However, in order to maximize profits, enterprises use misleading reference pricing and water droplet pricing way to influence consumers’ purchase decisions, and provide too much and redundant information to confuse consumers’ cognition of commodity information.Using algorithm platform to collect consumer consumption data to induce consumer consumption, but pay little attention to the data security protection of consumers, which damages the legitimate rights and interests of consumers to a certain extent.For the above scenario, we will be from the legitimate commodity pricing and reasonable product promotion;the appropriate disclosure of product information;and the protection of consumer data information security.Improve consumer protection tools in electronic data transactions.
