摘 要:针对包含电动汽车EVs(electric vehicles)的电力系统,引入事件触发机制,从而PI型负荷频率控制器输入能够按需进行更新,在保障系统稳定的同时减少通信负担,节约网络通信资源。对于包含事件触发机制的时滞电力系统模型,利用李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,基于Bessel-Legendre(B-L)积分不等式,推导出保守性较小的稳定性判据,并进一步联合求解出控制器增益和触发矩阵。最后,通过Matlab仿真验证了所提定理的有效性。For a power system including electric vehicles(EVs),the event-triggered mechanism is introduced to update the input of the PI load frequency controller on demand,so as to reduce the communication burden and save communication resources while achieving the system stability.For a time-delayed power system model with the event-triggered mechanism,by means of the Lyapunov stability theory,a less conservative stability criterion is derived based on the Bessel-Legendre(B-L)integral inequality.In addition,the controller gain and trigger matrix are further jointly solved.Finally,the validity of the proposed theorem is verified through Matlab simulations.
