摘 要:阐述了单管并联逆变准谐振拓扑结构感应加热电源谐振系统的工作原理,分析了单管逆变感应加热系统IGBT主要失效模式及现有浪涌保护系统及其缺陷,提出了两级阶梯式IGBT保护系统的概念,即系统实时监测电网交流电压,根据电压变化的幅度和变化率对IGBT进行保护。最后设计了保护系统电路硬件和软件,并进行了相关测试验证。In this paper,the operating principle for an inducntion heating power supply resonance system with a single parallel inverter quasi-resonant topology is introduced.First,the main failue mode of IGBT in this kind of single inverter induction heating system is analyzed.Then,the existing surge protection system and its weakness are discussed.Afterwards,the concept of a two-stage ladder-typer IGBT protection system is put forward,i.e.,the system monitors the AC voltage of grid in real-time,and protect the IGBT according to the magnitude and rate of voltage changes.At last,the hardware and software design for the protection system circuit was designed,and related tests were carried out.
