水田筑埂机旋切集土性能优化研究

摘  要:旋切集土装置作为筑埂机的重要组成部分,对筑埂机的工作效率和工作质量具有很大影响。为此,主要对水田筑埂机两侧取土型旋切集土装置展开研究。为了满足水田筑埂机碎土集土性能要求,提高旋切装置的工作效率,结合光滑粒子流体动力学法(SPH)及离散元法(DEM)对旋切集土弯刀的结构参数和排列组合对旋切集土性能的影响进行了分析,最终构建了土槽实验平台,并对弯刀结构旋切集土效果进行了验证。研究结果表明:优化后取土弯刀有用功利用率增加了20.9%,筑埂集土方向抛土力明显增大;对于组合刀轴,旋切功耗降低了21.83%,土壤破碎率增加了19.06%。研究成果为水田筑埂机旋切集土装置结构设计提供了理论依据,对降低水田筑埂机整机功耗、提升整机工作质量有着重要的意义。As an important part of the ridge building machine,the rotary cutting soil gathering device has a great influence on the working efficiency and quality of the ridge building machine.In this paper,we build machine on both sides of paddy field soil type rotary cutting device study set soil,build piece machine to meet the paddy field soil set soil performance requirements,improve the working efficiency of the rotary cutting device,combined with the smooth particle hydrodynamic research method(SPH)and the discrete element method(DEM)for structural parameters of the rotary cutting set soil machetes and permutation and combination of rotary cutting set soil properties are analyzed,the influence of the final soil box experiment platform is constructed to machetes structure rotary cutting soil effect is verified.The results show that the utilization rate of useful worK_(I)ncreases by 20.9%and the throwing force in the direction of soil bundling increases obviously.For the combined cutter shaft,the rotary cutting power consumption was reduced by 21.83%in the process of operation,and the soil crushing particles(the soil crushing rate is still recommended)was increased by 19.06%.Compared with the structure of the combined cutter shaft before optimization,the performance of rotary cutting and soil collection of the soil obtained after optimization was significantly improved.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the structure design of the rotary cutting soil gathering device of rice field bundling machine,which is of great significance for reducing the power consumption of the machine and improving the working quality of the machine.
