摘　　要：目前,青饲料收获机割台堵塞、作物倒伏收获效果差是影响作业效率的重要因素,切割刀的钝化则影响青贮机收获效率,增加能耗。为此,设计了一种青贮机收获割台切割输送机构。该装置采用小圆盘切割输送结构及物料四路输送机构技术方案;设计了切割输送机构底部驱动方案,开放割台上方输送通道,提高了割台输送能力,减少了堵塞;设计了矮化输送滚筒方案,提高了倒伏作物输送能力;设计了扶禾、梳齿清理机构,减少堵塞,实现高矮秆兼收;设计了自磨刃切割刀具,减少了作业能耗。试验结果表明:该输送方案减少堵塞的效果明显,提高了倒伏作物的收获能力,自磨刃切割刀具能够实现较好的自磨刃效果。At present,cutting table clogging of green feed harvester and poor harvest effect of lodging crop are important factors affecting the operation efficiency,and passivation of cutting knife affects the harvest efficiency of silage harvester and increases energy consumption.In view of this problem,a kind of cutting conveyor of silage harvesting header was designed.The small disc cutting conveying structure and the technical scheme of the material four-way conveying mechanism were adopted.The bottom driving scheme of the cutting conveying mechanism was designed,and the conveying channel above the cutting table was opened,which improved the conveying capacity of the cutting table and reduced the problem of clogging.A scheme of dwarfing conveying roller was designed to improve the conveying capacity of lodging crops.The cleaning mechanism of holding grass and combing teeth was designed to reduce the clogging and realize the harvesting of both high and low bar.Self-sharpening cutting tool was designed to reduce energy consumption.The experimental results showed that the conveying scheme could reduce the problem of clogging obviously,improve the harvest ability of lodging crops.Besides,the self-sharpening knife could achieve better self-sharpening effect.
