应用血栓弹力图血小板图参数指导支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤术后抗血小板聚集治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：血栓弹力图血小板图(TEG-PM)是一种广泛应用于临床实践的血小板功能检测方法,能够快速准确地反映患者体内的血小板功能。因此,TEG-PM参数常被用来指导患者的个体化抗血小板聚集治疗方案。随着支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤技术的不断发展,TEG-PM在支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤术后患者中的应用日益增多。作者简单介绍了TEG-PM的原理和临床应用,并总结了不同研究中支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤术后TEG-PM参数的安全范围,以及根据TEG-PM参数个体化调整患者抗血小板聚集治疗方案的获益,为临床医师在支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤术后选择抗血小板聚集治疗方案提供参考。Thromboelastography-platelet mapping(TEG-PM)is a platelet function test method widely used in clinical practice,which can quickly and accurately reflect the platelet function in patients.Therefore,TEG-PM parameters are often used to guide patients′individualized antiplatelet aggregation treatment plans.With the continuous development of stent-assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms,TEG-PM is increasingly used in patients after stent-assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms.The authors briefly introduced the principle and clinical application of TEG-PM.Also,the safe range of TEG-PM parameters after stent-assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms in different studies,and the benefits of individualized adjustment of antiplatelet aggregation therapy in patients according to TEG-PM parameters were summarized.The purpose is to provide a reference for clinicians to choose antiplatelet aggregation treatment after stent-assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms.
