摘　　要：功能性烧心(FH)是临床上较为常见的胃食管反流病,目前诊断以罗马Ⅳ为主要标准,西医以改善生活方式、抑酸、抗抑郁以及联合胃肠促动力药物等对症支持治疗为主。杨小军教授以古人经典条文论述为基础理论,从中医的角度论述FH的病因病机,认为FH的关键病机为郁热内蕴,四诊合参,辨证论治,将FH辨证分为肝胃郁热证型和脾胃湿热证型,灵活运用中药加减,以取得较好临床疗效的具体病案探讨治疗FH思路和总结临床用药经验,以飨同道。Functional heartburn(FH)is a gastroesophageal reflux disease which is common in clinic.At present,RomeⅣis the main standard for diagnosis,while western medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic support treatment such as lifestyle improvement,acid suppression,antidepressant and combination of gastrointestinal prokinetic drugs.The etiology and pathogenesis of FH from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the ancient classic articles was investigated by professor YANG Xiaojun.It was believed that the key pathogenesis of FH was stagnation of heat,comprehensive use of four diagnostic methods and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.FH could be divided into heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome and damp-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome,and modified TCM was used flexibly.In order to achieve better clinical efficacy and to share with peers,the treatment of FH was discussed through specific medical records,and clini cal medication experience was summarized.
