起重机大车机构跨运车开发技术研究

摘　　要：起重机大车机构结构形式多样,结构外形以及自重变化范围较大,结构重心不对称,这给大车机构整体跨运带来较大困难。经过对起重机大车机构结构形式特点的研究,分析得出大车机构整体跨运过程中存在的难点和风险点,通过技术攻关,研发出适用于起重机大车机构整体转运的跨运车。The crane cart mechanism has various structure forms,different shapes and weights,and asymmetric center of gravity,which brings great difficulties to the whole transport of the cart mechanism.After studying the structural characteristics of the crane cart mechanism,this paper analyzes difficulties and risks existing in the whole straddle transport process of the trolley mechanism,and develops a straddle transport vehicle suitable for the whole transport of the crane cart mechanism by overcoming technical difficulties.
