摘 要:aPLI腿型较目前在用的柔性腿型Flex-PLI更接近于人体模型,生物仿真性有较大的提高,能够更好地对高、低保险杠车辆-行人大腿的伤害风险进行全面评估。但各项伤害指标较Flex-PLI均有大幅提高,针对NCAP评价测试得分难度较大,对车辆的造型设计、前端布置方式和结构优化提出了更高要求。本文分析介绍了下腿型发展历程、aPLI腿型的伤害特征、与Flex-PLI腿型的对比及车型开发应对策略。The aPLI legform is closer to the human body model than the currently used flexible legform(Flex-PLI), and the biosimulation performance has been greatly improved, enabling a better comprehensive assessment of thigh injury of high and low bumper vehicles. However, the injury indexes are significantly improved compared with Flex-PLI, and it is more difficult to score in NCAP, and higher requirements are placed on the vehicle’s styling design, front-end layout and structural optimization. This article analyzes and introduces the development process of the lower legform, the injury characteristics of the aPLI legform comparison and the strategy for vehicle development.
