摘  要:本文介绍了一款防地雷反伏击车车底防护结构的设计方法,并通过计算、仿真和试验验证的手段,模拟了爆炸冲击载荷作用的过程,分析了防护结构对爆炸冲击波的影响和对人员的保护作用。最后,在国内某权威试验场,我们根据STANAG 4569相关标准和要求,进行了全尺寸爆炸冲击试验,试验中对乘员在发生车体下爆炸事件时的被动安全水平进行了测试。在受到8kgTNT当量的爆轰型地雷替代装药爆炸后,车辆主体结构完整,舱体内部底板和车体顶部基本平整,未出现贯穿性裂纹,充分验证了该结构的防护性。This paper introduces the design method of the protective structure of the vehicle bottom of a mine resistant ambush protected vehicle.By means of calculation,simulation and experimental verification,the process of the explosion shock load is simulated,and the influence of the protective structure on the explosion shock wave and the protection effect on personnel are analyzed.Finally,according to the STANAG 4569 standard and requirements,a full-scale explosion impact test was carried out in a domestic authoritative test site.In the test,the passive safety level of passengers in the case of explosion under the car body was tested.After being blasted by 8 kg TNT equivalent explosive charge,the main structure of the vehicle is complete,the interior bottom plate and the top of the vehicle body are basically flat,and there is no penetrating crack,which fully verifies the protection of the structure.
