摘  要:植保无人机喷雾性能试验台可完成不同类型喷头性能、喷杆式喷雾机及植保无人机喷雾分布均匀性和喷量一致性检测。为了提高试验台的检测效果和自动化水平,通过对试验台的组成和工作原理进行分析,提出了一种基于Lab VIEW虚拟软件开发平台、以双单片机系统作为核心控制的理念,并利用上位机与单片机通讯的方法实现下位机控制,采用变频器技术和步进电机驱动技术达到电机调速的目的。Plant protection UAV spray performance test rig can achieve different types of sprinkler performance, sprayer and plant protection UAV spray distribution uniformity and spray consistency detection. In order to improve the detection effect and automation level of the test-bed, based on the research and analysis of the composition and working principle of the test-bed, this paper puts forward the concept of double single-chip microcomputer system as the core control, which is based on the virtual software development platform of lab view. The communication between the upper computer and the single-chip microcomputer is used to realize the control of the lower computer, and the technology of frequency converter and step motor drive is used to achieve the goal For the purpose of motor speed regulation.
