摘 要:针对茎秆类收割机损伤率较高、合格率较低的问题,对茎秆类收割机的结构进行了改进,并对其受力进行分析。茎秆收割机为整秆式收割机,主要由机架、行走系统、收割系统及操控系统组成。通过对其切割机构进行改进,加装平衡块,并对其进行受力和运动学过程分析,来减轻收割机作业过程的振动。为验证收割机性能,对其进行通过性试验和切割试验。结果表明:收割机通过性能良好,可以完成对茎秆类作物的收割,且损坏率较低。Aiming at the problem of high damage rate and low qualified rate of stalk harvester, the structure of stalk harvester was improved, and the force was analyzed. The stalk harvester was full pole harvester, it was constituted of rack, running system, harvesting system, control system. The vibration of the harvester was reduced by improving cutting mechanism and adding balance block. The force process and kinematic process were analyzed. To verify the performance of harvester, the pass experiment and cutting experiment were done. The test results show that the passage capacity was well, and it could complete the harvest of stalk, the damage was low.
