局部神经阻滞麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉下治疗腹股沟疝临床影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在腹股沟疝手术中使用局部神经阻滞麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉的效果。方法:在2017年10月至2019年10月两年时间内,选择120例在本院收治的腹股沟疝患者,所有患者均进行手术,术中配合麻醉,用数字法随机抽取,分为研究组和对照组,60例一组,对照组采用腰硬联合麻醉,研究组用局部神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果和手术时间、住院时间、出血量以及并发症和复发率。结果:研究组的住院、手术时间均比对照组短(P<0.05),出血量比对照组少(P<0.05),麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症和复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝手术中使用局部神经阻滞麻醉成效理想,可以在临床广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of local nerve block anesthesia and combined lumbar epidural anesthesia in inguinal hernia operation.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,120 cases of patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital were selected.All patients underwent surgery with intraoperative anesthesia,were randomly selected by digital method,and divided into the study group and the control group,60 cases in each group,the control group was treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia,and the study group was treated with local nerve block anesthesia,comparing the anesthesia effect,operation time,hospitalization time,blood loss and complications and recurrence rate of two groups.Results:The hospitalization and operation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the anesthesia effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of local nerve block anesthesia in inguinal hernia surgery is effective and can be widely used in clinical practice.
