探讨中孕胎儿四维彩超检查的重要性及操作程序

摘　　要：目的:分析对中孕胎儿使用四维彩超检查的重要性及操作程序。方法:从2017年1月至2019年12月共收集到配合本研究的进行超声筛查的4436例中孕期孕妇,孕妇均使用二维和四维彩超检查,分析两种方法畸形诊断的准确率,并评价两种方法不同畸形的检出率,图像质量。结果:解剖病理等最终结果显示4436例中孕期孕妇中共确诊115例畸形胎儿,四维彩超的准确率与最终结果一致,四维彩超畸形儿诊断的准确率比二维彩超高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种方法对不同畸形的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),四维彩超图像质量比二维彩超优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中孕胎儿使用四维彩超检查,诊断准确率高、图像清晰,可以提高畸形儿的检出率,降低畸形儿的出生率,在畸形儿筛查中具有重要的作用。Objective:To analyze the importance and operation procedure of four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound in the second trimester fetus.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,a total of 4436 cases of pregnant women in the second trimester were collected for ultrasound screening in this study.All the pregnant women used two-dimensional and four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound to analyze the accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of malformations,and to evaluate the detection rate and image quality of different malformations of the two methods.Results:The final results of anatomy and pathology showed that 115 abnormal fetuses were diagnosed in 4436 pregnant women.The accuracy rate of four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound was consistent with the final results.The accuracy rate of four-dimensional color ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimensional color ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of different malformations between the two methods(P>0.05)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of second trimester fetus has high diagnostic accuracy and clear image,which can improve the detection rate of malformed children and reduce the birth rate of malformed children,which plays an important role in screening abnormal children.
