摘　　要：阐述了秦山第三核电厂凝汽器海水侧水室内橡胶衬里在服役多年后的老化现象。根据高固态涂料衬里在秦山第三核电厂海水管道、热交换器等环境下的应用实践,提出了在秦山第三核电厂凝汽器海水侧水室内使用高固态涂料衬里替代橡胶衬里进行耐磨防腐保护的技术方案。经过4年多的实践检验,验证了该技术方案的可靠性和优越性。The aging phenomenon of the rubber lining in the condenser waterboxes of Third Qinshan NPP(TQNPP)after many years of service was described.According to the application practice of high solid coating lining in seawater pipelines,heat exchangers and other environments of TQNPP,the use of high solid coating lining in the condenser waterboxes was proposed as an alternative technical solution for the rubber lining to protect against wear and corrosion.After more than 4 years of practices,the reliability and superiority of the technical solution have been verified.
