摘  要:在核电站数字化仪控系统中,事件顺序记录(SOE,Sequence Of Event)的作用是在发生事故时,记录开关动作的时间和顺序,为事故原因分析提供重要依据。为解决核电站SOE能精确分辨出各个重要信号的先后顺序,它以核电站DCS性能测试中SOE事件的分辨率为主要研究对象,通过试验进行分析,提出开发一种能够多通道并精确验证SOE分辨率的方法。本方法使用以labVIEW为平台的核电站测试装置模拟现场事件,发送时间间隔为1 ms或小于1 ms的SOE事件,查看系统是否能够分辨。经过在二十多个在役、在建核电站机组和两个DCS平台上的实际测试,本方法完全满足核电站数字化仪控系统SOE的分辨率测试要求,为后续核电站中SOE测试提供了一个便捷、可靠的测试方法,可进行推广应用。In the digital I&C system of nuclear power plant,the function of Sequence of Event(SOE)is to record the time and sequence of on-off actions when an accident occurs,providing an important basis for analyzing the cause of the accident.In order to solve the problem that the SOE of nuclear power plants can accurately distinguish the sequence of each important signal,this paper takes the resolution of SOE events in the DCS performance test of nuclear power plants as the main research object,analyzes through experiments,and proposes to develop a multi-channel and accurately verify the SOE resolution rate method.This method uses a test device of nuclear power plant based on labVIEW platform to simulate field events,and sends SOE events with a time interval of 1 ms or less to check whether the system can distinguish.After actual testing on more than 20 nuclear power plants under construction and two DCS platforms,this method fully meets the resolution test requirements of the SOE digital I&C system of nuclear power plants,and provides a convenient and reliable method for the subsequent SOE testing in nuclear power plants.The test method can be promoted and applied.
