摘  要:核电厂中心建筑核岛空间有限,建造安装期间作业面难以展开,加大成品管段预制率,可有效利用岛外作业场地,提高建造效率。预制场地在运输成本规划基础上,还需策划核电厂并网后的发展空间。预制需集约化,囊括主管道、工艺管道、风管、电仪管等专业,以质量计划为纽带,质量控制为核心,合理配合施工现场进度,使核电建造安全人尽其才、物尽其用。Due to the limited space of nuclear island of nuclear power plant,it is difficult to develop the operation surface during the construction and installation period.By increasing the prefabrication rate of finished pipe segment,the outside of island working site can be effectively utilized and the construction efficiency can be improved.On the basis of transportation cost planning,the development space of nuclear power plant after grid connection should be planned.Prefabrication needs to be intensive,including the main pipeline,process pipeline,air duct,and electrical instrument pipe.With the quality planning,quality control,and reasonable coordination with the construction site schedule,personnel and materials can be made full use of in the nuclear power construction and installation.
