摘　　要：示范快堆工程建设采取大业主的工程项目管理模式,即工程建设期间由业主方自行负责工程项目管理、设备采购、调试等任务,仅工程设计与施工环节外包。为了保证工程项目管理工作的顺利进行,业主方经过全面的调研,决定建设快堆工程项目管理系统(简称“系统”),并将该系统定位为示范快堆工程建设期间的核心业务系统。作为核心业务系统,系统业务范围覆盖工程建设期设计、采购、施工、调试各阶段的质量、安全、进度等方面的功能;系统与公司现有系统建立接口,并进行数据交换、共享和挖掘利用;系统建立多维度的电厂SSC数据架构,通过不同的视角把实体电厂以层次化、结构化、信息化的方式展现。通过系统建设,能够有效支撑公司各领域在工程期的业务,辅助提升示范快堆工程期工程项目管理水平,实现精细化管理,从而满足示范快堆工程建设的需要。The construction of the demonstration fast reactor project adopts the owner project management mode,that is,the owner is responsible for project management,equipment procurement,commissioning and other tasks during the construction period,and only the engineering design and construction are outsourced.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project management work,the owner decided to build a fast reactor project management system(hereinafter referred to as the"system")after a comprehensive investigation and positioned the system as the core business system during the construction of the demonstration project.As the core business system,the business scope of the system covers the quality,safety,and schedule functions of the design,procurement,construction,and commissioning phases during the construction period.The system establishes an interface with the company's existing system,and conducts data exchange,sharing and mining utilization.The system establishes a multi-dimensional power plant SSC data structure,and presents the physical power plant in a hierarchical,structured,and informatized manner through different perspectives.Through system construction,it can effectively support the company's business in various fields during the construction period,assist in improving the project management level of the demonstration project,and achieve refined management,thereby meeting the needs of the project construction.
