民生领域公众生活满意度差异性研究--以浙江省为例

摘　　要：生活满意度是衡量人民美好生活需要实现程度的重要标尺之一。文章基于2015~2019年浙江省公众民情民意电话问卷调查数据,探究了生活满意度的年龄与性别分布,并对主要民生领域对不同年龄、性别公众生活满意度的领域重要性进行了实证分析。研究发现,浙江省公众生活满意度与年龄呈正相关,女性的生活满意度显著高于男性;从整体上看,六个民生领域的领域重要性从大到小依次为:家庭收入满意度、文化生活满意度、生活环境满意度、养老满意度、教育满意度和医疗满意度;六大民生领域的领域重要性因年龄和性别的差异而不同。最后,从关注特定群体满意度、民生政策的制定和评估三个方面提出了相应的建议。Life satisfaction is one of the important yardsticks to measure people’s need to achieve a better life.Based on the public opinion telephone survey data of Zhejiang Province from 2015 to 2019,the age and gender distribution of life satisfaction were explored,and the importance of the main livelihood fields to the field of public life satisfaction of different ages and genders was analyzed.The study found that Zhejiang’s public life satisfaction is positively correlated with age,and women’s life satisfaction is significantly higher than that of men.On the whole,the importance of the six domains of people’s livelihood in descending order of importance is:family income satisfaction,culture Life satisfaction,pension satisfaction,life environment satisfaction,education satisfaction and medical satisfaction;the importance of the six domain of people’s livelihood varies with age and gender.Finally,suggestions were made from three aspects:paying attention to the satisfaction of specific groups and formulating and evaluating people’s livelihood policies.
