摘 要:[目的]研究板栗栗疫病抗病基因的QTL位点。[方法]应用区间作图法,以‘燕山早丰’ב燕晶’正反交子代为作图群体,鉴定175个子代接种栗疫病菌后的抗性,进行板栗栗疫病抗病数量性状位点的初定位。[结果]在LG1、LG5、LG6、LG7和LG11连锁群上鉴定到13个栗疫病抗性数量性状位点,其中,np1010、lm1157和hk52位点贡献率较高,分别为12.0%、8.3%、8.1%。[结论]鉴定到3个可能与板栗栗疫病抗性相关的数量性状位点。[Objective] To study the location of quantitative traits related to chestnut blight resistance traits. [Method] Using the interval mapping method, the reciprocal progenies of ‘Yanshanzaofeng’בYanjing’ were used as the mapping population to identify the resistance of 175 progenies inoculated with Cryphonectria parasitica, and to locate the resistant region of chestnut blight. [Result] A total of 13 QTL loci for chestnut blight resistance were detected in LG1, lG5, LG6, Lg7 and LG11 linkage groups. Among them, the np1010, np1157 and hk52 loci contribute a high percentage of 12.0%, 8.3% and 8.1%, respectively. [Conclusion] In this study, three QTL loci related to chestnut blight resistance were detected.
