摘  要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱同时检测北苍术中β-桉叶醇、苍术素和苍术酮的方法。[方法]采用YMC-Pack ODS-A(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-10%甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长200 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温26℃。[结果]β-桉叶醇、苍术素和苍术酮进样质量浓度在0.0040~1.0000 mg/mL范围内均呈良好的线性关系,R2≥0.9992;平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.07%、100.18%和100.81%。[结论]该方法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于北苍术药材中β-桉叶醇、苍术素和苍术酮含量的测定。[objective]To establish a method for simultaneous detection ofβ-eudesmol,atractylodin and atractylon in Atractylodis Rhizoma by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.[Method]High Performance Liquid Chromatography was carried out for determining ofβ-eudesmol,atractylodin and atractylon on a YMC-Pack ODS-A(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column with gradient elution of acetonitrile-10%methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 26℃and the detection wavelength was set at 200 nm.[Results]When the concentration ofβ-eudesmol,atractylodin and atractylon ranged from 0.0040-1.0000 mg/mL,the linear relationship was good,R2≥0.9992.The average recovery rates(n=6)were 99.07%,100.18%and 100.81%,respectively.[Conclusion]The method is accurate,simple,and has good repeatability and stability,and can be applied in the determination ofβ-eudesmol,atractylodin and atractylon in Atractylodis Rhizoma.
