摘  要:针对冷轧340BH带钢在连续退火机组平整、卷取过程中出现的L方向内圈翘曲现象,分析了L向翘曲的原因及消除对策。实践表明,冷轧340BH发生的内圈L方向翘曲问题主要是由于带钢在带头卷曲后,在残余轧制应力、张力、弯曲力等的作用下,发生了弹塑性变形导致,通过优化生产工艺,改善翘曲问题,取得理想效果。Aiming at the phenomenon of inner ring camber in L direction during rolling and coiling of cold rolled strip steel 340BH in the continuous annealing line,the causes of L-direction camber and the countermeasures are analyzed.The practice shows that the L-direction camber of the inner ring is mainly caused by the elastic-plastic deformation of the strip under the action of residual rolling stress,tension and bending force after the strip is crimped at the head.Obvious effect has been achieved in improving the camber problem by optimizing the production process.
