摘　　要：介绍了韶钢中厚板加热炉出钢机的升降机构,针对出钢机升降机构升降不同步问题,进行了原因分析。确定主要原因是剖分曲柄连接螺栓松脱及液压缸动作不一致。通过改进出钢机升降装置结构及同步升降方式等,解决了存在的问题,有效延长升降装置及托轮使用寿命,降低生产成本,减少故障时间,节约能源。对加热炉出钢机设备维护、改进措施的实施效果进行了总结,以供业内其他中厚板厂参考。The lifting mechanism of the slab discharging machine at SGIS is briefly described and the problems that the lifting mechanism does not synchronize in the actual application is stressed.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is determined that the main reason for the different lifting steps is that the connecting bolts of the splitting crank and the action of the hydraulic cylinder are inconsistent.The actual problems have been solved by changing the structure of the lifting device and synchronous lifting mode of the machine,which effectively extends the service life of the lifting device and supporting wheel,reduces the production cost,reduces the failure time and saving energy.The maintenance of the machine of the heating furnace,the implementation effect of the improvement measures and the experience obtained are summarized,so as to provide reference for other plate rolling plants.
