摘  要:“双一流”建设战略为高等教育优势学科建设赋予了新的时代价值。在此背景下,西部高等教育优势学科建设面临新的挑战和机遇。学科建设理念、高等教育办学体制、地方政府支持力度、财政保障情况等问题制约了高等教育优势学科的进一步发展。为此,高校要结合“双一流”战略实施方针,结合现有基础,在学科队伍、方向凝聚、人才培养、教学科研条件、服务地方经济社会发展等方面,提升其优势学科建设的水平。The construction strategy of"double first-class"has given new era value to the construction of advantage disciplines in higher education.In this context,the construction of advantage disciplines in western higher education is facing new challenges and opportunities.The concept of discipline construction,higher education system,local government support,financial gua and other issues restrict the further development of advantage disciplines in higher education.Therefore,colleges and universities should combine the implementation policy of"double first-class"strategy with the existing foundation,and improve the level of their advantage discipline construction in the aspects of discipline team,direction cohesion,personnel training,teaching and scientific research conditions,and serving the local economic and social development.
