摘  要:某电厂3号机组容量为350 MW,于2016年投产发电。2019年6月24日3号机组因主给水流量低低保护动作停运,主要原因为当对NOX的浓度进行调整的过程当中,机组运行维护工作人员采取了以较快的速度对锅炉的总风量进行了连续降低调整的操作,从而引起了风煤交叉限制功能的发生,这样便导致燃料指令极快地进行下降,同时主汽压力也随之快速地持续下降,当将运行机组的控制模式切换到TF的时候,就会发现电负荷以很快的速度下降,这个时候就发现小汽轮机的汽源表现出严重的供应不足的现象,最终导致低低保护动作的发生。本文分析了事件发生原因,指出生产过程中暴露的问题,并提出了处理及防范措施。Unit 3 of a power plant with a capacity of 350 MW was put into operation in 2016.On June 24,2019,unit 3 was shut down due to the protection action of low main feed water flow.The main reason is that during the process of adjusting the concentration of nitrogen oxides,the unit operation and maintenance staff adopted the operation of continuously reducing and adjusting the total air volume of the boiler at a faster speed,which caused the occurrence of the cross restriction function of air and coal.In this way,the fuel order would be triggered When the control mode of the operating unit is switched to TF,it will be found that the electric load decreases at a very fast speed.At this time,it will be found that the origin of the small steam turbine shows a serious shortage of supply,which eventually leads to the occurrence of the action of the low guarantee.The report analyzes the causes of the incident,points out the problems exposed in the production process,and puts forward the treatment and preventive measures.
