基于电气设备二维码的防误操作管理方法研究

摘  要:目前,部分水电站对涉网设备进行了防误操作等五防要求,但是对于非涉网电气设备,在日常巡视维护、定期轮换、设备消缺、检修异动过程中,操作权限不受控制,安全监管不到位,不满足五防要求,因此需要从技术措施上进行升级改造,加强非涉网设备的安全管理。本文提出了一种基于设备二维码的防误操作管理方法,该方法依托于“互联网+”技术,将手机扫码功能与电厂设备信息系统相结合,实现了对设备操作的实时跟踪与监控,有效防止了现场误操作的发生,提升了供电企业的管理水平,保障了供电及人身安全。At present,some hydropower stations have implemented five prevention requirements for network﹣related equipment,such as preventing misoperations,but for non﹣network﹣related electrical equipment,the operation authority is not controlled during the daily inspection and maintenance,regular rotation,equipment elimination,and overhaul changes.Supervision is not in place and does not meet the five prevention requirements.Therefore,technical measures need to be upgraded and reformed to strengthen the safety management of non﹣network﹣related equipment.A management method for preventing accidental touch operation based on the two﹣dimensional code of equipment is proposed.This method relies on the“Internet+”technology and combines the mobile phone code scanning function with the power plant equipment information system to achieve real﹣time tracking and monitoring of equipment operations.Monitoring effectively prevents the occurrence of on﹣site misoperations,improves the management level of power supply companies,and ensures power supply and personal safety.
