摘  要:针对桑园喷雾这一环节无机可用的局面,研制了一款遥控履带自走式桑园喷雾机,可通过远程控制喷雾机在桑园的郁闭环境中作业,实现作业过程的人机分离,避免药物对人体造成伤害。对喷雾机进行桑园性能试验,结果表明:在80m遥控范围内机具运行稳定,在风送辅助喷雾作用下药液具备较强的附着性和穿透性,雾滴平均覆盖率为90.03%,雾滴沉积率为109粒/cm2,能够满足桑园喷雾的农艺要求。Aiming at the situation that no machine is available in the mulberry field spraying process,a remote-controlled crawler self-propelled mulberry field sprayer was developed.The machine can work in the closed environment of mulberry field by remotely controlling the sprayer to realize the human-machine separation of the operation process,and avoid the harm to the human body caused by drugs.The mulberry field performance test was performed on the sprayer.The results show that the machine can run stably in the remote control range of 80 m,and the medicinal liquid has strong adhesion and penetrability under the effect of air-assisted spray.After the operation,the average coverage rate of fog droplets was 90.03%,and the droplet deposition rate was 109 particles/cm2,which can meet the agronomic requirements of mulberry spray.
