摘  要:针对目前我国棉秆资源利用率低下、棉秆回收机械急需深入发展研究等问题,设计了一种移动式棉秆拔取力学参数性能测定装置。在静置状态以土壤含水率、起拔角度和起拔线速度为影响因素,利用Design Expert软件设计三因素三水平试验,结果表明:棉秆起拔角度、土壤含水率、起拔线速度的P-vaule分别为0.00539、0.01949、0.02759,均小于0.05。极差分析表明:棉秆的影响因素由大到小的次序为起拔角度、土壤含水率、起拔线速度。大田试验结果表明:棉秆测力装置最佳的起拔条件为线速度119.2mm/s、土壤含水率25.3%、棉秆的起拔角度30°,此时平均起拔力为363N。该装置可为棉花秸秆收获机械的研究提供依据及试验参考。In view of the current low utilization rate of cotton stalk resources in China, cotton stalk recycling machinery urgently needs in-depth development and other issues. This paper designed a mobile mechanical parameter performance measurement device for cotton stalk extraction. In the static state,the three-factor three-level test was designed using Design Expert software based on the soil moisture content, pick-up angle and pick-up line speed as the influencing factors. It is concluded that the P-vaule of cotton stalk lifting angle, soil moisture content, and advancing speed are 0.0016, 0.0064, and 0.0023, respectively, which are less than 0.05. The influencing factors of cotton stalks in descending order are pulling angle, soil moisture content and pulling line speed based on the range analyzed. The field test results show that the best lifting conditions of the cotton stalk force measuring device:the linear speed is 119.2 mm/s, the soil moisture content is 25.3%, and the pulling angle of the cotton stalk is 30°. At this time, the average pulling force is 363 N. The device provides a basis and experimental reference for the research of cotton straw harvesting machinery.
