摘  要:雾滴粒径是评价喷雾效果的重要参数,雾滴的沉积效果能直接反应出喷雾质量和病虫害防治效果,雾滴效果的准确评价对指导农业植保施药作业提供数据支撑有着重要意义。为此,针对不同雾滴采集方法优劣这一问题,在0.3MPa喷雾压力的条件下对5种喷头分别进行雾滴粒径和沉积的采集试验,分别以水敏纸法、油盘法和激光粒度仪法测定雾滴粒径,以水敏纸法、无线传感法和荧光示踪剂法测定雾滴沉积量,并对不同采集方法进行了分析。试验结果表明:雾滴粒径试验中,采用水敏纸法、油盘法和激光粒度仪法得到的喷头雾滴粒径不同,激光粒度仪法测量结果最准确,过程最为简单快速,相对误差最大仅2.65%;其次是水敏纸法,油盘法得到的数据误差最大,相对误差在6.43%~14.83%之间。沉积量试验中,3种方法测出来的雾滴沉积量存在一定的偏差,无线传感法相比其他两种方法过程能够实时获得数据,有一定优势,但变异系数较大,最大达10%,且该方法在雾滴沉积量测量试验中应用还相对较少,不如水敏纸和荧光示踪剂测量方法成熟。The droplet size is an important parameter for evaluating the spray effect,and the deposition effect of the droplet can directly reflect the spray quality and the pest control effect.The accurate evaluation of the droplet effect is of great significance to provide data support for guiding agricultural plant protection pesticide application operations.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of different droplet collection methods,the droplet size and deposition collection tests were performed on five nozzles under the condition of 0.3 MPa spray pressure.The water sensitive paper method,oil pan method,and laser particle size were respectively used.The droplet size was measured by the instrument method,and the droplet deposition amount was measured by the water-sensitive paper method,wireless sensing method,and fluorescent tracer method,and different collection methods were analyzed.The test results show that:in the droplet size test,the droplet size of the nozzles obtained by the water sensitive paper method,the oil pan method and the laser particle size method are different.The laser particle size method has the most accurate measurement results,the process is the simplest and fastest,and the relative error The maximum is only 2.65%,followed by the water sensitive paper method,the data error obtained by the oil pan method is the largest,and the relative error is 6.43%to 14.83%.In the deposition amount test,there is a certain deviation in the droplet deposition amount measured by the three methods.Compared with the other two methods,the wireless sensor method can obtain data in real time,which has certain advantages,but the coefficient of variation is large,up to 10%.And this method is relatively less applied in the measurement of the amount of droplet deposition,which is not as mature as the water-sensitive paper and fluorescent tracer measurement methods.
