摘 要:针对我国大葱移栽机自动化程度较低的问题,基于数控技术对大葱自动移栽机进行了设计,并对其模型进行了优化研究。大葱自动移栽机为链夹式,主要由喂苗机构、投苗机构、传动装置和机架等组成,采用PLC控制器进行整体控制。通过对大葱移栽机的输送过程和移栽过程进行分析,包括确定大葱移栽机链轮的尺寸和结构,分析1个运动周期的移栽过程,以保证葱苗移栽质量,提高移栽成功率。为验证大葱移栽机的性能,对其进行实验室和田间移栽试验,结果表明:移栽机性能良好,可以保证大葱移栽合格率。Aiming at the problem of less automation of scallion transplanter,the automatic scallion transplanter was designed and the optimal model was researched based on CNC technology.The automatic scallion transplanter was chain clip-on,it was constituted of intake mechanism,seeding mechanism,transmissions and rack.It was integral controlled of PLC controller.The transportation process and transplanting process of the scallion transplanter were analyzed to ensure the transplant quality of the scallion and improve transplanting success rate.It conclude that confirm sprocket dimensions and construction,analyze the transplanting process of a movement cycle.To verify the performance of the automatic scallion transplanter,the laboratory and field tests were done.The test results show that the performance of the automatic scallion transplanter was well,and it could ensure the transplanting qualified rate.
