摘 要:提出了一种基于高速摄像的棉花采摘物料运动参数图像解析方法。通过高速摄像机拍摄刷辊式采棉机棉花采摘过程,将籽棉采摘后运动过程分为3个阶段,应用IPP视频图像分析软件进行视频图像处理分析。对第1阶段籽棉的飞行运动轨迹进行了多项式拟合,得到了籽棉运动轨迹方程;分析籽棉的第3阶段飞行运动,获得其自由下落速度,绘制了籽棉速度散点图,由此得到籽棉的悬浮速度。分析结果表明:拟合得到的籽棉运动轨迹方程,符合采摘后籽棉的实际飞行运动轨迹;籽棉自由下落速度基本稳定,近乎于匀速运动,籽棉悬浮速度图像解析法与试验法获取值基本相符。由此说明,高速摄像用于棉花采摘物料悬浮速度的图像解析法是可行的,具有合理性。This paper presents a kind of image analysis approach based on high-speed video technology for getting picked-cotton materials’ kinematical parameters. Using high-speed camera takes the cotton picking process of stripping roll-type cotton picker. The flying movement of picked seed cotton is divided into three stages. The subsequent research concerns the analysis of image by the application of video analysis software, IPP. That are, the polynomial fitting of the seed cotton motion track and derived curve equations under the first flying stage;in addition, the drawing of free-falling velocities, velocity scatter diagrams, and conducted suspension velocity of seed cotton under the third flying stage. The results of above analysis show that the fitted curve equations of seed cotton motion are consistent with real flying tracks of picked seed cotton;and that free-falling velocities of seed cotton basically have less change, that is, close to uniform motion. Moreover, the value of suspension velocity derived by image analysis method is essentially in accordance with that of reference, which illustrates and also proves the feasibility and reasonability of image analysis methodology utilizing high speed video-based technology to obtain the suspension velocity of picked cotton materials.
