摘  要:养殖废水过滤预处理可以有效去除养殖废水中的悬浮物等杂质,其布水方式是影响过滤效果的关键因素。为此,针对现阶段养殖废水过滤预处理中缺乏有效布水方式的现状,基于反冲射流原理,建立了布水装置的结构模型,设计了一种新型反冲射流式均匀布水装置。从流体动力学的角度分析了布水装置的工作原理,并运用Fluent仿真对布水装置进行了模拟分析;通过构建该布水装置进行试验,探究了布水装置对养殖废水过滤处理的影响。结果表明:仿真分析中布水装置的布水不均匀度为3.01%,试验中构建的布水装置左右布水管孔口流量误差离散系数分别为2.11%和3.9%,布水不均匀度为5.58%。试验结果验证了该装置具有布水性能稳定、布水喷洒均匀的优点,布水性能满足布水装置的要求,可应用于有关养殖废水过滤预处理和降低废水处理成本的研究。Filtration pretreatment of breeding wastewater can effectively remove suspended solids and other impurities in breeding wastewater, and its water distribution mode is the key factor affecting the filtration effect. In view of the current lack of effective water distribution methods in the filtration pretreatment of breeding wastewater, a new recoil jet flow uniform water distribution device was designed Based on the principle of recoil jet. From the point of view of hydrodynamics, this paper analyzes the working principle and main operating parameters of the water distribution device, and establishes the structure model of the water distribution device. Fluent simulation was used to simulate and analyze the pipe pressure and orifice flow of the water distribution device. And construct the water distribution device for experiment, to explore the influence of the structure of water distribution device on the water distribution uniformity. The results show that when the inlet pressure is 0.5 m, the water distribution unevenness degree in the Fluent simulation analysis is 3.01%, the discrete coefficients of flow errors of left and right water distribution pipe orifices of the water distribution device in the experiment are 2.11% and 3.9% respectively, and the water distribution unevenness degree is 5.58%. The water distribution device has good performance in water distribution quantity and uniformity. The simulation and experiment verify that the device has the advantages of stable water distribution and uniform water distribution, and its water distribution performance meets the requirements of water distribution device, which provides a reference for the research on filtration treatment of breeding wastewater and reducing the cost of wastewater treatment.
