摘 要:针对水肥一体机智能化程度不高、数据传输不够稳定的问题,设计了基于计算机控制的水肥一体机,并对通信系统模块进行了改进。水肥一体机的主要组成部分为核心控制器、数据采集模块、灌溉施肥模块、通信系统模块和报警模块。其中,通信系统模块采用构件无线传感网络(WSN),融合ZigBee和GPRS无线网的方式传递数据信息,通过对通信系统架构和通信节点进行设计,以保证数据快速、准确的传输。试验结果表明:通信系统可以满足数据准确、快速传输的要求,灌溉作业状态稳定,能够根据土壤状态及时进行灌溉作业。Aiming at the problem of low intelligent and data transfer unstable of integration machine of water into fertilizer, the integration machine of water into fertilizer was designed based on computer control, and the communication system was improved. The integration machine of water into fertilizer was constituted of core controller, data acquisition module, irrigation and fertilization module, communication system module and alarm module. The communication system module transferred the data information by the form of building wireless sensor network(WSN), and fusing Zigbee and GPRS wireless network. The communication system architecture and communication node were designed to ensure the data was transferred fast and accurately. The communication system and field irrigation test results show that the communication system could meet the requirement of data transfer fast and accurately;the irrigation operation is stable, it could do the irrigation operation according to the state of oil timely.
