摘  要:为进一步解决香蕉秸秆资源浪费问题,在Ⅰ代立式粉碎刀具基础上设计优化了适用于1JHXJ-160C型立式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机的粉碎刀具,并利用限元模拟仿真得到所设计刀具的应力云图与位移云图。仿真结果表明:刀具最大应力处为刀柄与刀刃部弯折处,应力最大值为41.6MPa,改进后的刀片满足强度条件。对刀片改进后的样机进行性能测试,通过试验得到合理的还田机工作参数组合,即还田机粉碎刀具厚度为12mm、还田机工作速度0.7m/s、粉碎刀轴转速1080r/min时,秸秆粉碎合格率与还田机工作效率分别为95.9%、0.420hm2/h,均达到香蕉秸秆粉碎还田要求。To further solve the banana straw resource waste, based on the vertical crushing Ⅰ generation tool based on the design and optimization for JHXJ 1-160-c type vertical banana straw returning grinding machine grinding tool. By using finite element simulation, the stress cloud map and displacement cloud map of the designed tool were obtained. The results showed that the maximum stress of the tool was at the bend of the tool handle and blade, and the maximum stress was 41.6 mpa. The improved blade met the strength condition. Field experiment of blades, the improved prototype performance testing, reasonable counters-field work parameters combination is obtained by experiment is: the counters-field grinding tool thickness is 12 mm, returning machine working speed 0.7 m/s, crushing blade shaft speed 1080 r/min, under the above parameters combination experiment, the corresponding straw crushing returning rate and the efficiency was 95.9%, 0.420 hm2/h, achieves the banana returning straw crushing requirements.
