牵引式花生捡拾收获机的设计与试验

摘　　要：目前,我国部分区域仍采取人工作业方式进行收获,劳动强度大,生产效率低,难以满足当前花生产业发展的要求。花生收获对农时要求较高,每年的八九月降水较多,抢收对提高花生质量尤为重要。针对这一现象,设计一款采用拖拉机牵引,通过捡拾装置对花生秧果捡拾,经摘果装置进行秧果分离,并利用风机和振动筛进行清选除杂,把花生果和秧分别收集的花生捡拾收获机。对捡拾收获机关键装置进行设计,并进行田间性能试验[1]。结果表明:牵引式花生捡拾收获机的秧果捡拾率为97.48%,花生荚果含杂率为1.66%,花生荚果破碎率为1.77%,整机的捡拾效果和清选效果比较好。At present, manual harvesting is still adopted in some regions of China. Not only is the labor intensity high, but the production efficiency is low, which is difficult to meet the current requirements of the development of the peanut industry. Secondly, peanut harvest has higher requirements on farming time, and there is more precipitation in August and September each year. Harvesting is especially important to improve peanut quality. In response to this phenomenon, a tractor is used to pick up the peanut seedlings through a picking device. The seedlings are separated by the fruit picking device, and the fans and vibration screens are used to remove impurities. Peanut picking harvester. The design and analysis of the key devices of the picking and harvesting machine were carried out and the field performance test was carried out. The test results showed that the picking rate of the young fruit of the traction peanut picking and harvesting machine was 97.48%, the impurity content of the peanut pod was 1.66%, and the peanut pod was broken. The rate is 1.77%, and the picking and cleaning effect of the whole machine is better.
