摘 要:变浓度喷施技术与变流量喷施技术相比,具有雾滴喷洒效果好、避免人药接触、作业后剩余药和水可回收重复使用(降低环境污染)等优势。为此,基于脉冲宽度调制(又称PWM)技术研发了变浓度喷施控制系统,以STM32F103单片机为控制核心,基于PWM技术精准调制整个系统,根据作物病虫草害的严重程度,在线配置不同浓度的农药进行作业。试验结果表明:基于PWM的变浓度喷施控制系统可行,控制系统响应时间少;喷洒效果良好,系统流量和蠕动泵单体流量误差在1%左右,最大不超过1.50%;实际喷洒浓度与预计喷洒浓度误差不超过2.71%。Compared with the variable flow rate spray technology, the variable concentration spray technology has the advantages of good spray effect, avoiding the contact of human medicine, and reducing environmental pollution by recycling the residual medicine and water after operation. The system is based on STM32 F103 single-chip microcomputer and PWM technology to precisely modulate the whole system. According to the severity of crop diseases, insect pests and weeds, different concentrations of pesticides can be configured online for operation, so as to improve the utilization rate of pesticides. The system has high control accuracy, short response time and low cost, which can be applied to ground machinery and plant protection UAV in the process of constant speed driving.This paper introduces the composition, working principle of the system and analyzes the control module and dispensing module.At the same time, test experiments are done to verify the system performance. The results show that: the variable spraying concentration control system based on PWM designed in this paper is feasible;the spraying effect of the system is good, the error of system flow and single flow of peristaltic pump is about 1%, the maximum error is not more than 1.50%.The error between the actual spraying concentration and the expected spraying concentration is not more than 2.71%.
