摘 要:针对油茶施肥作业要求,建立了油茶施肥机构的三维模型,确定了施肥轴转速、刮板长度及绞龙螺距的设计范围。为确定不同因素对施肥性能的影响,基于离散元法构建施肥机具的几何模型,利用离散元软件EDEM对肥料颗粒的运动过程进行仿真分析,设计正交试验计算不同设计参数下的施肥量,开展施肥机具工作参数和结构参数对其性能影响的研究,结合均匀性分析得到最优设计参数。方差分析得到对施肥均匀性影响从大到小为施肥轴转速、刮板长度、绞龙螺距。开展油茶施肥机具实地施肥性能试验,结果表明:施肥性能仿真结果与样机试验结果基本吻合,当施肥轴转速为54r/min、刮板长度为80mm、绞龙螺距为100mm时,施肥量及肥料分布均匀性最优。According to the requirements of the fertilization of Camellia oleifera, a three-dimensional model of the fertilization mechanism was established to determine the design range of the rotation speed of the fertilization axis, the length of the scraper and the screw pitch of the auger. In order to determine the influence of different factors on the fertilization performance, a geometric model of the fertilization machine was built based on the discrete element method. The simulation analysis of the movement process of the fertilizer particles was carried out by using the discrete element software edem. The orthogonal experiment was not designed Under the same design parameters of the amount of fertilizer, carry out the research on the influence of the working parameters and structural parameters of the fertilizer applicator on its performance, and combine the uniformity analysis to get the optimal design parameters. The results of variance analysis showed that the main factors affecting the uniformity of fertilization were the rotation speed of the axis, the length of the scraper and the pitch of the winch. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results showed that the simulation results of fertilization performance were basically consistent with the prototype test results. When the rotation speed of fertilization axis was 54 r/min, the length of scraper was 80 mm and the pitch of auger was 100 mm, the fertilization amount and the uniformity of fertilizer distribution were the best.
