摘 要:为提高冰草种子丸粒化包衣机的包衣质量和包衣效率,设计了基于旋流式流化床原理的包衣机预混合装置,并对影响混合装置工作效率的主要参数(入口风速、种衣剂流量、雾化喷头速度)进行单因素和正交试验。结果表明:影响丸化合格率的主次因素依次为入口风速、种衣剂流量、雾化喷头速度,冰草种子丸化包衣机混合装置的最优参数组合为入口风速3.5m/s、雾化喷头速度4.0m/s、种衣剂流量0.4L/min。Seed coating is an advanced seed treatment technology which change the original activity of seed on the basis of fertilizer,pesticides and other attached to the surface of the seed. In present, pelleting quality issues such as the poor seed rate and single seed rate are low. In order to improve the coating quality and efficiency of Agropyroncristatum seed pelleted coating machine, a field of small grass seed coating machine was designed, which have a swirl fluidized bed mixing device. The single factor and quadratic orthogonal rotation combination tests were conducted on the main parameters affecting the working efficiency of the mixing device, such as the inlet wind speed, the flow rate of seed coating agent and the velocity of atomizing nozzle. The results showed that the main and secondary factors affecting the qualified rate of pelleting were the inlet air velocity, the flow rate of seed coating agent and the velocity of atomizing nozzle,when the inlet wind speed is 3.5 m/s, the atomizing nozzle speed is 4.0 m/s, and the flow rate of seed coating agent is 0.4 L/min.
